Highlights

• Excellent location right in the middle of Orchard Road
• Nice pool giving a nice holiday vibe with giant floats
• Café/lounge looks like a nice place to hang out for coffee (though we did not try that on this trip)

Lowlights

• I’m not a fan of the check-in style (one big central table which seems messy when there are a few groups trying to get help from the few staff around)
• The ALL app was touting it’s mobile key on the phone but it is impractical when one still have to go through a traditional check in process (we couldn’t process it in app)

Final Verdict

The “Red Hot Rooms” rate on a last minute booking for a public holiday long weekend was a great deal for the hotel’s prime location. The room was new and modern and the facilities were excellent. 4/5. Would stay again.
